Synopsis |
SIR is a
set of CORE APIs developed for the storage and retrieval of data.
These set
of components are developed for managing any type of documents that are
scanned and/or stored in the computer, Insurance forms filled up by the
customers are scanned and stored in the database, they are then retrieved
from the database and the details from the processed form are keyed into an
application and are stored as digital information in the server database.
This converted information is sent back to the client, this constitutes one
round trip. To enable future developments, speed of processing the data from
the database is accessed through remoting. Certain components are exposed as
webservices to enable Old Delphi applications to interact with the modified
components.
The
application configuration and control is made accessible through windows
applications and client apps are developed in ASP.net and web forms.
